Some guys review of one of the Ostrich Race on Eurobricks

I am contemplating on whether I should buy PoP sets or save for the Lego Castle sets coming out this summer.

the Desert Attack and Ostrich Race are the most appealing sets because of the animals, warriors, and cheap price. So I might get a few of those. Might get The Fight For the Dagger for the neat dagger, camel, female minifig, and the food pieces.

Never bought a licensed set before so these would be my first fleshie mninifigs.

Allergies!

Allergies settled in yesterday. I had a stuffy and runny nose. My nose is better today, but my eyes are still a bit itchy. Hopefully the rest of the spring won't be any worse. Uploaded some new videos on youtube. Pictures of minifigs that I took in February.

I did another article critique for Strategic Management class. Did some studying for Strategic Management exam as well. Worked on Green IT assignment a little.

Another weekend has passed.

And history repeats itself. More homework. I did watch Dante's Inferno An Animated Epic, which I thought was great. At some point I gained access to a digital camera. Hooray. I took some random pictures found here at flickr. That will be all for now.

As my Strategic Management Professor (That's BPL to Baruch student who are reading thing) said in class. GLO-BUS Trial Decision 1 (groupwork), an article critique and a Mission Statement(groupwork) is due this Monday. I also have a Case Analysis(groupwork) report for Green IT due monday. I also have a test for Spreadsheet Applications tomorrow.

I built the Troll Mountain Fortress, and this set is great. I am glad I had previously purchased four Troll Warrior Battle Packs giving me twenty trolls. Five trolls from two King's Battle Chariot and one Troll Assault Wagon, and the recent four trolls from the Troll Mountain Fortress. In total that should be twenty-nine trolls and 3 big trolls. Well I doubt they will revisit the Fantasy Line for castle, so that will be it for my troll army I imagine. Of course in the future, I can always try Bricklink.

I ordered two new lego sets.

Apple Tree House and Troll Mountain Fortress. I think I will end up buying one of each Creator House and each Castle set from now on. And the occasional set from other themes that could fit well with Medieval or Fantasy settings. Like Pirates or the upcoming Prince of Persia sets. It should arrive tomorrow via UPS. Time is fleeting, and I haven't done much lately. I did work on creating a wall with a small timbered structured on it. But I will need to purchase more sets or bricks to build bigger Tudor style structures. Here is the flickr gallery.

Settling into school.

Reminds me of every other semester. Every professor claiming we will work harder than ever. Although the Business Policy professor might be telling the truth. After all it is the hardest course of the entire college. With college taking up most of my time, everything has pretty much ceased to be. Although I still have time to play Advance Wars Dual Strike and Days of Ruin. I imagine I will have even less free time once I finally get a job. That will be all for now.
